KHS students win big at Harvard Debate Tournament

After traveling to Harvard University for the 2011 Harvard National High School Invitational Forensics Tournament, Michael Soules and Philip Lyerle returned to Klein High School, on Feb 22, reigning victorious as the National Junior Varsity Debate Champions.
The duo began preparing a month prior to the competition, which took place on Feb. 21, by researching and formulating their pro and con arguments on their pre-selected topic "WikiLeaks is a threat to United States national security."
